Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the products and services provided by Moon Innovations, including the Solar Smart Inverter System, which offers solar electricity, WiFi internet access, and security surveillance. By purchasing or using our products and services, you agree to these Terms.

Products and Services

Moon Innovations provides the Solar Smart Inverter System, which includes:

Solar electricity
WiFi network capabilities (Note: Internet connectivity is provided through a third-party Internet Service Provider and is not directly managed by Moon Innovations.)
AI-powered security surveillance

The Solar Smart Inverter System is covered by a 2-year warranty for any manufacturing defects.

User Responsibilities

As a user, you are responsible for:

Proper installation of the system, either through certified professionals or as instructed.
Regular maintenance and adherence to usage guidelines provided by Moon Innovations.
Ensuring the system is used for its intended purpose (i.e., solar energy provision, internet access, and security surveillance).

Payments and Billing

Payment Methods: Moon Innovations accepts mobile payments, bank Transfers and USSD transactions.
Refunds and Cancellations: Once the system has been installed, no refunds will be provided. Customers are advised to carefully inspect the system before installation.

Shipping and Delivery

Moon Innovations offers delivery services within Nigeria only. The customer covers delivery fees.
Typical delivery times will be communicated upon purchase confirmation.

Limitations of Liability

Moon Innovations is not liable for:

Faults arising due to incorrect installation or misuse by the user.
Security incidents that occur due to user errors or misuse of the security surveillance system.
Damages caused by improper maintenance or usage of the system.

Termination or Suspension of Services

Moon Innovations reserves the right to terminate or suspend the provision of its services if the system is used for purposes other than its intended use, including the misuse of the security surveillance feature or tampering with the system.

Data Use and Privacy

By using our products and services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in our [Privacy Policy](insert link). This includes telemetry data, GPS location, and system performance data.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Nigerian law. In the event of a dispute, we agree to resolve the matter through arbitration before pursuing court proceedings.

Intellectual Property

Moon Innovations owns the intellectual property rights to the Solar Smart Inverter System, including the design, software, and associated technologies. Unauthorized use or reproduction of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited. Our system is protected by Patent NG/P/2024/92.

Amendments

Moon Innovations reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of the system following an update indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

Acceptable Use Policy

Users must refrain from:

Misusing the system’s security surveillance features.
Using the system for unlawful activities or in a manner that breaches the Terms of Service.
